David is a the ultimate professional and craftsman. His work speaks for itself but his work ethic is over the top. David showed up every day, works very hard and produced a beautiful, functional living space.  We are so happy with David and the finished product. I write this in recommendation of A&T Remodeling.  I had the pleasure of working with David Bilbilian, owner, on the complete renovation of our one-car garage into a man cave. 
Throughout the entire course of the renovation, David, was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his assessment of the scale of our project and demonstrated a high level of creativitythroughout the design process. 
Our project was done with care and precision.  He is a "master" carpenter and the custom bar he built is exquisite.  What sets him apart from other contractors is not only his gifted carpentry skills, but he is also extremely clean and tidy in the workplace.  He never left the worksite in disarray. 
I noticed his company motto on his work shirt...…"Where your vision becomes a reality".  He exceeded my expectations in all areas of this project and my foresight for a man cave he most  certainly made a reality.  He is a true perfectionist and, as a result, many have referred to this new addition to my home, not as a man cave, but rather a "gentlemen's club".

I have known Dave Bilbiian for about four years. We had significant water damage from the horrible winter we had at that time. Due to that storm Dave had to make repairs small and large to almost every room in my house. From major demolition of my kitchen and dining room to minor painting in all the rooms that had water damage. Since then he has replaced my half bathroom, all my windows, built an awning above my front door, replaced my deck. In addition he has also replaced my roof, built a patio in my back yard and done landscaping on my front walkway.  We also were having a basement flooding problem that no one could figure out how to stop. Dave thought out of the box and came up with an idea and had to modify existing draining that no one else seemed to think was possible. Haven’t been flooded since.I have recommended him to family and many friends and I have not heard a bad review from any of them. Dave also has a keen sense of vision. I sometimes know what I want and he would come back not only with my idea but other options. He is on time and CLEANS up every day before he leaves…not like other contractors I have had in the past. I HIGHLY recommend Dave from A&T Remodeling.
